The complex flavours come from our bees foraging on wild flowering plants and farm crops like linseed.

We leave enough honey in the hives for food to help the bees survive a harsh winter.

We have to check the hives for predators like wasps, and in the winter we fix metal plates to stop mice getting in and feasting on the bees honey.
