About Wolford Wood
Wolford Wood Glamping and Camping is set in 200 acres of beautiful woodland and wild pasture. It has camping pitches and glamping accommodation.
The site is quiet and peaceful, full of natural beauty and is the perfect place to connect with nature and spend a relaxing holiday. Families, couples and small groups are welcome for a camping or glamping break in The Cotswolds.
The site is open all year.

Off ground fires and BBQ’s are welcome – We can provide fire pits for £10 per night and log bags with extra kindling for £6 per large sack. Camping stove gas bottles are £5.50 each
Glampers and Campers have access to the hand basins, the hot water outdoor shower and compost toilets. Loo paper and hot water provided.
You can order a fill your fridge with organic, local seasonal food.
There is plenty of space suitable for pitching tents. Campers can choose their pitch and will be shown suitable areas on arrival.

We have 2 Avalon Cabins and The Woodmans Cabin.
Parties of 2-3 may want to stay in Medium Avalon or in Woodmans Cabin.
Parties of 4-5 may want to stay in Woodmans Cabin or rent both the Avalon Cabins.
Medium Avalon Cabin, per night. Sleeps 2-3. Supplement for a 3rd person per person per stay. If you rent Medium Avalon you have the option to rent Small Avalon also.
Small Avalon Cabin, #per night. Sleeps 2. Two Single beds. Supplement for a 3rd person per stay.
The Avalon Cabins come with their own private decked seating area with fire pit.
Woodmans Cabin, per night, sleeps 3. 1 Double bed, 1 Single bed. Supplement for a 4th & 5th person per person per stay.
Woodmans cabin comes with its own private outdoor kitchen, wooded seating area, wash basin and fire pit. Woodmans Cabin is just perfect for
lazing into the summer evenings with a campfire and bird song.
Bedding, blankets and towels provided.
Glampers have use of the covered outdoor kitchen

The site has a hot water outside shower, perfect for enjoying those sunny summer skies, compost toilets and hand basins.
Spend the day on site bug hunting in the meadows and fields, exploring the wonderful woodland bursting with bio-diversity or simply relax with a good book and enjoy the peace and quiet. Please see our other website pages for information about the woodland.
Head out to the various nearby picturesque Cotswold towns and villages such as Moreton-In-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Norton and Bourton-on-the-Water, each with its own collection of unique shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs to enjoy. We are also located close to Whichford Pottery and Daylesford Organic Farm.
You could visit a National Trust property such as Snowshill Manor and Garden or Chastleton House and families may want to take a visit to Cotswold Farm Park, Crocodile Farm or Cotswold Water Park. We are only 20 miles north of Oxford and 20 miles south of Stratford Upon Avon.

Checking In and Out
Check-in times are between midday and 8 pm. You are welcome to come earlier by arrangement. Please contact us if you will be arriving later.
Check out is by 11am on day of departure. Late check out is available by prior arrangement.
Please contact us immediately by email if you have to cancel. 50% refund up till noon 14 days before arrival date. Cancellations less than 2 weeks before your arrival date are non refundable. We recommend taking out holiday insurance. Terms may vary at our bookings sites.
General Safety and Considerations
When on site please close all gates behind you, drive carefully and restrict your speed to 5mph as there are mall children and animals on site. Campers please note there is no driving on the fields or grass and we have carts available for transporting belongings. Parking areas and unloading areas will be pointed out to you on arrival.
Wolford Wood is a working woodland and there are clearly marked No Entry signs for out of bound areas.
We want your children to have fun and be safe. Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians and please supervise them at all times especially around the campfires, kitchen area and in the woodland. Please keep children away from machinery and wood stacks.
Please be respectful to other guests and the woodland. Antisocial behaviour will result in you being asked to leave.
We are a working farm with guests, livestock and protected wildlife species so well behaved dogs are invited under strict farm level caution and conditions. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in all areas, must not be disruptive to other guests and must be cleaned up after.
Wolford Wood accept no liability for accident, loss of property or personal injury which may be sustained by your party or guests or our property during your stay at Wolford Wood.
Do not walk walk in the woodland during strong winds due to falling trees and branches. Please do not take anything out of the woodland such as sticks and flowers.
All rubbish must be taken off site with you at the end of your stay.
Any damages or breakages must be reported and paid for before check out.
Please note weather conditions may in some years ban fires if too dry. Hose pipes will be in place at all times.
