Join Petra, the owner and heart behind Wolford Wood, for a mindful nature walk designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel grounded in the natural world. Walk alongside Petra through peaceful woodland paths as you experience the quiet rhythm of the forest — a place where time softens, stress fades, and awareness deepens.

Through gentle mindfulness practices and open conversation, Petra will guide you to: ~Reconnect with yourself and nature  ~Breathe deeply and be fully present  ~Find inspiration and calm in the Woods's beauty
